Homemade

If finding a true green cleaning product is a challenge for you, creating your own is easier! These natural products are widely available everywhere and usually they cost cheaper, too.

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) has been a popular cleaning agent across generations. It dissolves dirt, cuts through grease, and even eliminates odors.

White distilled vinegar can be used for cleaning windows and mirrors, disinfecting surfaces, and softening your laundries. Although many people are turned off by its strong smell, the smell actually dissipates rather quickly or easy to be covered.

Lemon juice is a great stain remover due to its mild bleaching properties. Its fresh smell is also a plus.

Water is a universal solvent.

You can also mix these four things (with caution, of course) to create a particular type of cleaner. Recipes can be found here.
