Implications of Overpopulation

So what are the Implications to the issue of conservation? One main issue of overpopulation is the lack of space or rather overcrowding. I can use many conservation terms to explain how this all works out, but I rather use my own words and explanations to describe these issues in layman terms, as one key aspect of creating this blog is to impart knowledge who do not have the luxury of taking this module in conservation psychology. There is a need to open the eyes of the public who are oblivious to this big issue of overpopulation. It is an under-reaction to a man made hazard rather than a natural hazard. (Gardner & Stern, 2002)

Here are two key Implications that come along with overpopulation:

  1. Lack of natural resources
  2. Destruction of Biodiversity
