This section we will look at why the forest fires happen and who or what are responsible for the onset and maintaining of the forest fires. These causes can be generally classified into either man-made or natural causes. Under man-made causes we will look at the responsible parties and human behavior that set off the fire. Natural causes will be factors like climate which aggravated the severity of the forest fires.
