From academia, we sometimes get relevant and useful research that will help us immeasurably in our research-hectic lives.

One such piece of research, A Possible role of social activity to explain differences in publication output among ecologists, looks at how citation patterns occur among works published by ornithologists in the Czech Republic.

Prof. Grim of Palacky University defended his methodology and conclusions.

This work suggests that a similar type of research could be conducted in NBS.  Faculty, students and researchers will, I am sure, be very interested in the results.�
