Need to conduct a survey ? Where to get mailing lists ?

You have the envelopes, the stamps…. Whoa…where are the mailing labels? How do you get a hold of the names of CEOs, CFOS, etc in that company ? You may try the company’s website and go through the various clicks. That’s really time consuming isn’t it ?
NTU Library has a few resources where you can download company contacts including executive’s name and contact details all in excel format.Our latest database, Business Monitor Online allows you to select contacts based on geography, nationality, industry, employee size, annual sales and job function. This database is especially useful when you are looking for foreign companies in a country
If you are looking for contacts in Asia only, you might want to have a look at the CDROM, Asia’s 10,000 largest companies. It is just an excel file stored in a CD. Ask for it at Lee Wee Nam Library loans desk. If you just want to browse and have a look at the companies , the Library has the print copy available at Lee Wee Nam Library Level 2 Reference collection : HF3820.5.A832
Singapore 1000 and Singapore SME500 is another CDROM available at Lee Wee Nam Library. You will be able to select companies based on annual sales/turnover or net profit. However, the CD allows you to download only the executives’ names and contact information for mailing campaigns only. The CD does not allow for downloading of financial information and rankings.
