The Social Science Research Network has a new Corporate Governance Network.
At the moment, the research papers series are the Oxford Internet Institute Research Paper Series and the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University Working Paper Series.  The Subject Matter eJournals provide access to 25 journals (including archives) that can be accessed by an SSRN subscriber.

The Corporate Library has publised several reports looking at compensation structures, impact of corporate governance on returns, companies that combine CE and Chair posts, and board actions when companies were in financial difficulties in the United States.

The Securities Investors Association (Singapore), SIAS, will hold an Investors’ Corporate Goverance Conference on 8 October 2008.
The conference is organized on the premise that global competitiveness is preceded by good corporate governance.
