The Library at Cornell University opened the Quantitative Finance archive on 8 December 2008. The seven categories are: Computational Finance with reference to financial markets General Finance with reference to Economics too Portfolio Management Securities Pricing Risk Management Statistical Finance Trading and Market Microstructure Papers are available from 1997 onwards.

The Singapore Stock Exchange is asking for comments and feedback on fines and penalties for minor transgressions in the securities market. The consultation paper is available on SGX from February 14 to March 6.
