Users’ feedback on NTU Library services & facilities

Among the feedback received from the recent LibQual survey, there were requests for more hot water dispensers in the Lee Wee Nam Library and more lights for the Level 4 individual study carrels.

We have placed a hot cum cold water dispenser in the lift lobby at every level and added new downlights at Level 4 reading area (individual study carrels).

We thank our users for their comments & suggestions. The Library will continue to improve its facilities and services to meet the needs of our users.
