NTU Library held a Library Quality Survey (LibQual Survey) from 30th Sep to 30th Oct 2008. In conjunction with the LibQual Survey, a lucky draw was also held to encourage participation in the survey.

Koh Chii Boon from CBC won the third prize at the LibQual Survey. She was presented her prize on 15th Jan at Lee Wee Nam Library by the University Librarian Mr. Choy Fatt Cheong.

From the feedback and suggestions received through the survey, NTU Library will take action to further improve its service standards. In fact, NTU Library will continually strive to enhance its users’ library going experience.
