Michelle is interested in issues related to the local food system. She is also interested in exploring community – driven innovation: the Growell Pop Up was started in late 2014, to raise awareness about urban farming in the city. The initative gradually evolved to an outfit that focused on education, whilst seeking to address arising needs of the immediate neighbourhood with creative responses driven by both community members, themselves.
