Earthlink NTU, aims to increase the NTU community’s awareness on environmental issues and the urgency of climate change action through a variety of activities, events and engagement forums.

EcoCampus

The EcoCampus initiative is an ERI@N Flagship Programme and is jointly hosted by ERI@N and Sustainable Earth Office in NTU. The initiative aims to develop a novel campus-wide sustainability framework with demonstration sites to achieve 35% reduction in energy, water and waste intensity by 2020 (baseline 2011), making it one of the world’s most eco-friendly campuses in the world.

The initiative has transformed NTU’s 200-hectare campus, along with JTC’s 50-hectare CleanTech Park, into a test bed for research projects in cutting-edge green technologies. EcoCampus is the first project of its kind in Asia that enables the integration of R&D, demonstration and deployment of sustainability solutions in one location.
