Week 5 Overview and Learning Objectives

Sustainability at businesses requires direction from the top levels of the organization. Without leadership from executives and board directors, implementing sustainability practices would be very difficult. This week, we will take a look at the individual-level drivers of organizational sustainability strategy. In doing so, we will consider the role of worldviews and values, corporate culture and structure, and characteristics of executives and board directors that help promote sustainability.
