COPA – We are not “Color-blind”, We just See Color in Different Ways

Abstract or Summary of Project

Around 10% of us in this world are color-blind. Color-blindness, which is also named as color vision deficiency, is decreased ability to recognize colors. Most of color-blind people were born with it. When he/she realized that he/she is color-blind, many of them try to hide it. Color-blind people do meet problems in their daily life. It happens more often in art and design world. People doubt the ability of color-blind people who are doing art or design related work. Most color-blind people feel uncomfortable and try to avoid doing anything related to colors although they really love to do it. COPA is a new brand of painting related products designed specially for color-blind people and people who work with color-blind people. COPA aims to encourage color-blind people to be more confidence through painting practice. It developed a unique way of learning colors. So that even people with difficulty recognizing colors, they will still be able to get any colors they want. What’s more? COPA also encourages people to learn painting in a better way through the design of this product.
