She Who Lost Her Heart

Abstract or Summary of Project

The genesis of this yearlong project is motivated by my constant immersion in negativity due to the volatility of my emotions, which I am determined to overcome.

She Who Found Her Heart is an illustrated storybook inspired by the wondrous imagery of the fifteenth-century artist Hieronymous Bosch. It narrates the story of a sad girl who embarks on a fantastical journey to discover happiness using visual metaphors associated with conflicting emotions. This book adventure aims to reach out to people who constantly struggle with maintaining a positive attitude towards life, thus serving as a conclusion to this journey of self-improvement.
