UNDERWATER is a visual development project set in a tower sticking out from the depths of the ocean in a flooded world.

Follow Bird the scavenger and the amnesiac Boy washed up from the bottom of the ocean as they journey down The Tower in an effort to help The Boy return to where he’s from. Meeting the various odd citizens within and venturing to parts unknown that will redefine the place they call home, our heroes must decide whether they should stay and fix the broken tower they live in or leave in search of new land.
