Description
“In the Shadow of Trees” is filmmaker Chen-Hsi Wong’s first foray into still photography. After shooting her debut feature film “Innocents”, she decided to explore the simplest forms of landscape and light, without decoration, construction, performance or narrative. The image documents that compose this series mark a continuing exploration of vegetative-form that was ignited by her cinema-work.
