Freelance Graphic Design Job Opportunity

Freelance position for about 3 months
Conversion to permanent position or extension of freelance hire may be considered at the end of 3 months depending on position availability

Scope:
·         Creative and graphic design support for a range of branding, business development, marketing communications and internal initiatives and activities, including but not limit to:

o   Brochure and PowerPoint presentation maintenance

o   Graphics for conference sponsorship and events

o   Award submission

o   Custom presentations and brochures for business development pursuits

o   Stationary and branded merchandise, for example business card, letterhead, paper bag etc

·         Maintain and adhere to processes and standards to ensure that marketing materials and stationery are up to date and accurate

·         Provide print vendors with direction on color correction and execute pre-press file preparation and production, including proofing work at all stages.
