NTU PEAK

NTU PEAK is a Leadership Development Programme that is co-designed with industry partners to develop high potential NTU students into industry-relevant future leaders for the workplace and community. Started in 2017, we have recently concluded the 10th edition with a special theme on Food Sustainability in September 2021. The highlights of the Finals and Awards Ceremony were the keynote speech from Minster of State, Desmond Tan and the opening remarks from Prof Simon Redfern, Dean of Science.

Anchored on Leadership and Design Thinking principles, NTU PEAK allows students to work collaboratively with peers from different disciplines to solve real-world business challenges and be mentored by experienced industry practitioners. Through this programme, our students are challenged to hone their leadership skills, collaborate with like-minded industry leaders, think critically of issues and be agile to changes.

Representing the best from each discipline – Business, Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Engineering and Science, NTU PEAK students attend intensive training, actively engage mentors and stakeholders; and are empowered to ideate user-centric solutions that add value and make a difference to the community. Given the ongoing pandemic, NTU PEAK has also re-invented itself with a new focus on Sustainability.
