Now in its fifth year, the Global Mentorship Program, designed by Global Digital Excellence Association (GDEXA) and CAO, is a 6-week initiative that connects students with industry experts from Europe and the US.
Participants are paired with a mentor for personalized 1:1 sessions and have the opportunity to attend virtual masterclasses led by industry leaders.

Through 'BuddyUP!', juniors benefit from personalized guidance and support provided by their senior peers. This program assists juniors in navigating their curriculum, finding and securing internships, and effectively searching for job opportunities.
By leveraging the experience and insights of seniors who have successfully progressed through similar stages, juniors gain valuable advice and mentorship tailored to their academic and career aspirations.
The peer-to-peer approach of 'BuddyUP!' fosters a collaborative learning environment, enhancing the overall student experience and promoting professional growth.
