WHY IS IT IMPORTANT:

There are 2 main types of fats – saturated and unsaturated, which are commonly found in foods that we consume in our everyday life. Numerous studies have shown the varying advantages and disadvantages of consuming each type of fat. This blog aims to analyse the difference between these two types of fats and investigate their individual impact on our health & consumption choice.
