We set up until late Friday night and then were back the next morning to show off our work to the visitors at the museum.
It was so amazing to be presenting at the ArtScience Museum. It will definitely be a highlight of my time in Singapore.
I enjoyed watching how people observed and interacted with my garment. Some visitors just wanted to look from afar but other were interested in learning more about the design and actually interacting with it. It was great to have people ask questions and have the opportunity to explain the garment, the process and the concept behind my work. The kids were especially excited to see a feature that moved!
It was especially exciting to be exhibiting alongside the classes amazing work and of course Galina’s incredible and inspiring garments from Paris Fashion Week.
Over the whole weekend there was over 1400 visitors to our exhibition!
