Overall, this project was a rigorous yet gratifying experience for us!
Coming from diverse backgrounds, each of us contributed in different ways. We also learned valuable lessons in time management, balancing our project with other commitments such as internships and external projects, which required us to delegate our time effectively.
Additionally, since we met up regularly, we developed new skills each week — technical and mechanical skills in the lab or soft skills.
Technical and Mechanical:
– SolidWorks
– Operating a 3D printer
– Soldering
– Arduino coding
– MIT App Inventor
Soft Skills:
– Liaising with external test subject
– Communication with experts / to ask for help
– Strategic planning
– Working together as a team
– Adaptability
This project was a success as we consistently pushed forward and kept the deadline in mind.
