registration process

1. new sign-ups

Please register at https://bit.ly/internship_NTU. Please input your organisation’s name as well as UEN (Unique Entity Number) per ACRA record.

2. During registration

Please check the appropriate disciplines of students that you want to engage. E.g. To engage and participate in College of Science internship campaign, please select the following disciplines: Asian School of the Environment (for Environmental Earth System Science students), School of Biological Sciences (for Biological Sciences students) and School of Physical & Mathematical Sciences (for Mathematical Sciences, Physics and Applied Physics students).

3. after sign-up

The registration process will take 1-3 working days. After the sign-up is approved, you will receive your username and password from Internship Managment Portal (IMS).
Go to InPlace at https://inplace.ntu.edu.sg, click on “Other Accounts”, enter your username and password to log into IMS.

4. to participate

To participate in our internship, please respond to the appropriate Internship Request campaign and submit the opportunities online.

5. evaluation by schools

Please note that ALL opportunities submitted on IMS will be evaluated by the respective schools. The opportunities will only be published once approved by the schools.
