Sampling Kit

Each sampling kit contains:

  • 1 x postage-paid envelope
  • 1 x tube with buffer
  • 1 x Ziploc bag
  • 10 x spoons
  • 1 pair x gloves

Mailing of sealed envelope

  • Upon completion of sampling, mail the postage-paid envelope by posting it at any SingPost Posting Box.
  • There is no need to affix any stamps.
  • You may use the tracking number on the smartpac envelope to track its delivery status.
  • All samples will be received by our laboratory at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
  • Once your samples have been processed, you may view for updates here.
