A talk to raise awareness about the impacts of single-use plastics on the ocean and its marine life. As Singapore is surrounded by neighbouring countries with mass plastic consumption, our tiny red dot gets heavily affected by all the pollution that gets washed up along our shores.
We’ve tried alternative packaging and going ‘naked’, but it’s still not enough. Let’s tackle the issue together and discuss more ways for our communities and for the whole nation to seek alternatives and prevent single-use plastic consumption.
Let’s get together and work towards a plastic-free lifestyle. As an audience, you will also be able to contribute to the discussion and share your thoughts.
