Ayer Ayer Project Exhibition

From 2 August 2019 to 16 August 2019

Temasek Shophouse, 28 Orchard Road, Singapore 238832

Visit the Ayer Ayer Project exhibition to learn about the impact of plastic waste on the marine environment.

Each year, eight million tonnes of plastic pollution makes its way into the ocean, breaking down into microplastics which unintentionally enter our food chain.

On average, a person consumes five grams of plastic weekly which is the same as munching on a plastic credit card! Visual artist Ernest Goh is bringing this issue right to the dinner table with his Shore Debris Table.

Shaped like Punggol Beach, the table top is scattered with shore debris and naturally, microplastics, highlighting the ocean plastic waste problem.
