How can we be the sunshine in someone’s cloud? Many of us struggle when it comes to supporting people with depression. How can we show up more meaningfully to our family and friends?

Organised by Uni-Y NTU in collaboration with YMCA, this year’s installment of the YMCA Conversation Series is a platform for youths to understand ways to be a source of strength for their loved ones who may be battling depression through Keynote Speaker’s sharing and small group sharing. In addition, the event also serves as a channel for youths to seek help should they need guidance in helping someone who may be suffering in silence.
