First aid is the action taken to help someone who suffers an injury before medical aid arrives. It has become one of the essential skills to learn, with the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council advocating the readiness of one First Aider in every household being goal.
Organised by NTU Red Cross, One Life Saved 2020 will be an integrated session, where practical and theory lessons will be taught together, which focuses on maximum learning efficiency. This will aid attendees in memorising the proper steps needed as well as giving them proper hands-on practice to be put to use in a real-life situation.
