Held in conjunction with the Sync Singapore Programme, organised by Very Special Arts Singapore, National Arts Council, Singapore International Foundation and British Council Singapore, When Disability and Digital Collide will feature independent digital arts producer, Sarah Pickthall, where she will be sharing on how digital technology can be harnessed to empower and throw light on the art work of people with disability in various ways:

(1) Getting the access they need, to reach their potential in life and the workplace;

(2) Harnessing extraordinary ways to express hidden perspectives as individuals and communities; and

(3) Finding new ways of making art accessible for performances and artworks for everyone to enjoy.
