After looking at the many ways in which Wildlife Reserves Singapore has contributed to conservation efforts both locally and globally, what can we do on our part?

One way in which we can contribute is to participate in the activities organized by Wildlife Reserves Singapore. As mentioned in this blog, Wildlife Reserves Singapore organizes a wide range of activities which cater to audiences from all walks of life. Keep an open and inquisitive mind when participating in these events and learn more about the different wildlife and conservation issues, as well as the ways in which we can do our part to help.

Parents can also bring their children to the zoological parks and the various events. Pro-environmental attitudes and behaviors should be cultivated from young. As such, parents should take on the role of facilitators when bringing their children to these parks and events, encouraging them to learn more about the different wildlife and conservation issues. Be a role model for your children!

Students, teachers and other individuals who are interested in this field of research can also apply for the WRSCF grants to help further their research ideas, or seek opportunities to collaborate with Wildlife Reserves Singapore in their many projects and events.

Last but not least, remember that every bit of effort counts. Start doing your part for our environment today!
