In this section, I have listed out a few of the activities that different environmental civil society organized. I also talked about a few factors that could affect the effectiveness of the activities, using theories from conservation psychology, with the intention to help increase the effectiveness of these activities.

Although I have split the section into three different activities, these activities are not mutually exclusive and many of the factors are interrelated. Therefore, it is important to see them as a whole when you plan your activities.

Speeches and nature guides are targeted more towards providing information and changing attitudes while campaigns are targeted more towards changing behaviour directly.
