Edible Garden City is a social enterprise that produces locally grown food through an urban farm model. The organisation advocates for sustainable farming through educational workshops, building urban food gardens, supplying locally grown foods to F&B stores and families, and engaging volunteers. Importantly, it adopts a zero waste approach by repurposing any kind of waste back into the farm as compost, feed or recycled into useful equipment.
