Many agencies are involved in the issue of the protection and conservation of the orang-utans and forests. The agencies are namely, the local and central government, the conservation organisations, the palm oil plantations, the loggers and the locals. All these agencies hold different and conflicting goals and views towards the same issue. Hence, coming up with a solution which is able to satisfy all agencies is a challenge.
