NTU alumni are entitled to a variety of alumni services that the Library offers. No membership fee is required.

Course Reserves (‘RBR’)

Reserves are recommended texts, references and articles for various courses.

Teaching staff and part-time students

You can request for books and AV titles that are available to be delivered to your designated subject library via the paging service.

EndNote Workshops

EndNote is a tool to help students and researchers record and manage a database of references to books, journal articles, figures and other publications. Students and researchers can use this personalized database to build bibliographies and insert references.

New staff

We provide a new staff orientation of the Library, whether you are teaching, doing research or from administrative departments. You can approach the subject librarian supporting your school to schedule a face-to-face new staff orientation.

Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services

Request materials that are not found in our Library’s collection, including books, copies of journal articles, conference papers and theses.

Visiting faculty and researchers

The Library extends privileges to visiting professors, researchers and scholars attached to various schools or research centres in NTU.

Audio-Visual collection

This collection consists of video cassettes, audio cassettes, LDs, VCDs, DVDs, audio CDs, music CDs, tapes, slides as well as maps and films.

Non-member / Visitor

You are welcomed at our Library but please register to obtain a visitor pass which is valid for one week at any one time.
