Five professors from Engineering and Science shared their vast experience in academic publishing with young NTU researchers on 22 March 2016 in LT24. MSE Professor Lee Pooi See, CEE Associate Professor Edmond Lo, Asian School of the Environment Assistant Professor Adam Switzer, SPMS Assistant Professor Zhang Baile and SPMS Associate Professor Zhao Yanli gave frank and insightful answers to the various questions that were asked throughout the panel session, unstintingly offering their advice without reservations. The topics covered ranged from inspirational stories about their past students getting published in high impact journals, to wry reminiscences about frustrating personal experiences. See more photos of the event here.

Last Saturday morning (20.2.16) saw the visit by near to 300 returning NSF men (and also some parents) to Lee Wee Nam Library, as part of the campus tour organised by our College of Engineering. These men will be our students come August this year. Engineering librarians were on hand to give a short introduction about our Library as well as our services to the 6 groups that came through from 11am till 1pm. We look forward to seeing them again in August as well as at our Library too!
