Singapore has released its climate action plan, but what can individuals do? Join Cuifen, the co-founder of Singapore Youth for Climate Action (SYCA), as she shares her own climate action story, and the stories of other individuals from the UNFCCC COP21.

Gracie Low from 350 Singapore which was founded by Young NTUC in 2010. This is Singapore’s chapter to the global 350.org movement. 350 is believed by many scientists to be the safe upper limit of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
