Towards a Global Knowledge Commons: Why Open Access is Necessary but not Sufficient
This will place at 3:30 pm on Monday, 18 May 2015. We are delighted to be able to host LESLIE CHAN, from the University of Toronto Scarborough for his talk. This is a good opportunity for those who are involved in OA advocacy and management or just interested in open access to hear from and discuss with a pioneer about the current and future developments of OA.
