Apply to PNAS only:
The author(s) reserves the right to deposit his or her final manuscript in the author(s)’s funding body’s archive or designated repository on acceptance for publication by PNAS, provided that a link to the WORK in PNAS Online is included; and, the right to request public access 6 months after print publication or immediately upon publication by PNAS if the author(s) has paid the PNAS open access fee. PNAS automatically deposits the PNAS-formatted version of all papers in PubMed Central.
PNAS allow authors to deposit their articles in their institution’s repositories. However, they can only do so with the final, published version of their articles 6 months after online publication (all PNAS articles are freely available 6 months after their online publication date). Authors should be sure that they are submitting the final version of the published article to their repository.
