go to Elsevier website, select journals at the top right corner which will direct you to Science Director, filtered by subject, look at the individual journal title, click “about this journal” to see details, you can see the journal metrics, such as “Most Cited Articles “, “Recent Articles “, etc.

for example, we are looking for topics about medicine for pediatrics cancer treatment, we clicked “journals” and filtered by subject and sub-subject, then click the journal title>”about the journal”, we can see the “Most Cited Articles” of this journal.
