This symposium, focusing on new emigration streams from China after 1980 to different parts of the world and new patterns of diasporic community formation, is sponsored by the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation for International Scholarly Exchange, NTU Chinese Heritage Centre (CHC), NTU School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and NTU Centre for Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.
