Chinese Writer-in-ResidenceShowcase of literary works by the Chinese writers in residence
The Chinese Writer-in-Residence Programme (南大驻校华文作家计划) is a collaboration between The National Arts Council (NAC) and the university. The programme brings in 2 Residents (national or international writers with a record of creative excellence) per year to contribute to teaching and mentoring our students, while working on their own literary projects.
The blog site was created to showcase the literary works produced during their residence and to facilitate contact between experienced and new writers as well as interaction with students and the public. Some of our Chinese Writer-in-Residence include Mr Yeng Pway Ngon (英培安), Ms Su Weizhen (苏伟贞) and Mr Chia Joo Ming (谢裕民).
