6:1 pulley system – capable of producing up to 40 V without load as tested with voltmeter.
Steady rotation can produces voltage of around 20V.

Generator is tested with a 60 W lightbulb for load. Using ammeter and voltmeter to measure current and voltage that can be produced. An average of about 2 A and 2 V – about 4 W of power generated for this gear ratio with dummy load – 60 W lightbulb
Problems:
1. 6:1 pulley ratio is used, where I print a 20cm diameter 300 teeth pulley ( 20 cm is the max print size for 3D printer )
2. Although system is functional, the fact screws and aluminum profile is used without fiction reducing items caused significant energy lost…plus damaged aluminum profile…( will attach picture tmr ) Friction caused burnt smell that can be clearly identified by surrounding people

3. screw bends as entire pulley is supported by one single screw
