Group meeting was held to discuss key features of stir frying machine for fried rice.
These include:
- Wok with rewired coils for induction heating (eddy currents)
- Rotary stirrer
- Automatic adding of ingredients at appropriate times
- Potential expansion to other stir-fried dishes.
More research was also done to consider various cooking styles.
- Automatic stir fry wok
- Rotary pan
- Shaking the fried rice contents vigorously
Beyond the meeting, we did more research on the science of wok hey, induction cooking and proper distribution of heat. Preliminary sourcing for items such as the wok, coiling wires and motors for the stirring motion also commenced.
