We had a watch party to watch all of the safety videos together 😀 and compiled our learning points into a separate document for the risk assessment. Given the complex nature of industrial machines, further sourcing for dumpling machines was also carried out to understand the workings of dumpling machines on a deeper level.
We decomposed the entire dumpling making procedure to 5 main steps.
- Loading of the dumpling skin
- Pressing down of dumpling skin
- Dispensing meat into the dumpling skin
- Closing of the dumpling skin
- Unloading of the dumpling skin
However, we ran out into some hiccups, the main one being the lack of an affordable meat dispenser and our group was relatively clueless on how to approach it. Despite so, we remain optimistic and continued to source for one.
