PCB Design

As most of the electronic components are completed, we decided to design a PCB as the Arduino Mega shield for circuit simplification. EasyEDA is used for the PCB design.

Serial Transmission Coding

Serial transmission of data needs to be established between the Arduino Mega and the computer for collection of titration data. Junius did most of the coding.

pH Sensor Testing

Our project has been relocated to EEE Garage to spare more work space for other groups. In EEE Garage, we tested the pH sensor but found a major problem as the analog input from the probe keeps fluctuating. The issue was resolved by connecting an external reference voltage to the Arduino board. The data input might be further stablised by stepping down the voltage and take average of multiple readings.
