With ambitions to build a (toy) launcher and much more, we now had to take steps to actually bring it to life. For one, we need ammunition!
Our first helpline was the motion studies lesson, where we learnt more about 3D modelling so that we could model something decent from our basic knowledge. There were many steps and features involved in Fusion360 which was confusing at the start but at least it was fun.
Our second helpline was none other than the advice from Dr Ho during our first sharing. He suggested different launcher mechanics such as gauss gun and flywheel, in addition to the ones we proposed. He also warned us that our first stage was going to take the longest time which no doubt turned out to be very true.
Nonetheless, we were armed with the basic knowledge and were ready to start working on the electronics after coming back from our overseas learning trip.
