While we continue to purchase the required parts, we are also gradually refining the concept of the overall shape of the project. The top platform is a detachable shopping basket to facilitate people to place heavy items. The lower layer is the control platform of our robot. The mobility mode of the overall project is rear-wheel drive. The rear wheels are driven by a high-torque electric motor. We considered that if each wheel is driven by a motor, the speed will not be consistent due to the error in the motor speed, resulting in the project not being able to move forward normally. The front wheels are steered by servo motors. A sketch of the device looks roughly like the picture below.
