Big Day!

Today was a big day.

After finally splitting open our newly ordered commercial evaporative cooler (thanks Shopee for the setback…), the team discovers something truly special. A piezoelectric ultrasonic fogger may just solve their water pump problems. For context, Sahil and Arthur were struggling for some time to figure out a pump system to just enough provide water to the evaporate cooling honeycomb system.

Meanwhile, Gabriel masters the art of Arduinos, and used one to create and test their accelerometer and relay for their fall safety feature. Jedidiah worked hard at flow simulations for 3 hours straight, constantly fixing problems such as the fan pointing the wrong way and airflows not going in the right direction.

Jin Feng tried flipping the orientation of the fan and got something good on the first try, but there’s still air leaks. It seems like either the mesh resolution was too low or the bottle components were not aligned properly.
