Meet The Team!!
Ever since I was young, I have been fascinated by the intricate interplay between mechanics, electronics, and the limitless possibilities they offer. I found solace in dismantling gadgets, driven by an unwavering curiosity to understand how they worked. This curiosity eventually evolved into a profound fascination with robotics and automation, igniting my burning desire to contribute to this rapidly advancing field.
Participating in numerous robotics competitions, I have honed my skills in engineering, circuit design, and problem-solving, all while relishing the challenges these events entail. These experiences have not only expanded my technical prowess but have also instilled in me the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and effective communication. For this Making and Tinkering project, I will be involved in the hardware design for our robot.
I am a passionate mechanical engineering student driven by a relentless desire to bridge the realms of mechanics, robotics, and coding. As a firm believer in utilitarianism, I am driven to develop innovative solutions that have a tangible impact on society. Throughout my academic journey, I have sought opportunities to apply my knowledge beyond the classroom.
Through designing and building autonomous robots including intelligent tanks and submarines, I have witnessed first-hand the transformative potential of technology. This prospect of creating intelligent and efficient systems that excites me, where the fusion of robotics, and coding enables us to substantially enhance productivity. In this project, I will be using Arduino and Python to develop suitable software for our robot.
I am Bozy, a Biological Sciences student with a keen interest in exploring various fields of translational research. My fascination led me to delve into the realm of Biological Sciences, and I previously interned in a neurodegeneration lab that uses various animal models for the study of degenerative diseases.
Apart from my scientific pursuits, I have also exposed myself to finance and leadership. Recognizing the importance of financial acumen in driving projects forward, I have actively sought opportunities to take on finance-related roles. As I step into the position of financial controller in the upcoming project, I am excited to merge my passion for biological science with my skills in financial management, strategy, and leadership.
