shoutout to our unpaid interns xiaoyang and pyape
Attached the rear axle bearings below the chassis for extra strength. We had to put the motor in upside down to prevent the chassis from blocking the chain.
A headache to combine together but very secure. We got help from the Mechanical Lab to drill holes in our spindle’s steel brackets, before attaching them to two aluminum profiles. The front wheel structure is then attached to the front of the chassis.

finally installed our 24 karat seat after completing the platform over the battery
(Drilled into the wooden platform to screw the seat into place)
